Ooooh! I am very tempted by that, very tempted by that indeed. What I have seen of the figures from Karl and Nick do intrigue. A handy visual reference to the line would go down a treat.

I could have done wth this book a while back - I had that sixshot remold, picked as part of a cheap lot then later sold on for a bit of profit but may done better if had better idea what it was - then again knowning me would jave kept it to get the rest in set

Ohh and mentioned this elsewhere but getting a real itch now - does anyone have a trusted source to get some brave stuff on DVD - have GGG but thats it

*hands wallet to HLJ* Go on. You may as well hang onto this for the next six months or so at this rate. Oh I definitely need me one of those. I have a real soft-spot for Brave and having a decent reference book available would be fantastic.

Gekiranger. Which as I recall is the current Sentai show. Not that I can always tell one Sentai show from another - except some of the older ones like Jetman and JAKQ.

On the bright side I think the book may actually still be in print. So hopefully they will be able to get it back in stock in due course. May take them a while - I waited a couple of months for the Miyatake Design Works book to come back in stock. I'd keep an eye on it every so often to see if it is back in.

Yes. If those who monitor HLJ notice it is back in stock, please do shout! Or if turns up somewhere else. If published April 2007, should still be in print though for something like Brave may not be the biggest print-run?

Sadly not at the moment. I am however going to have a look and see what I can find. I shall let you know if I locate a source.

Minor update:-
S'gone back on "Backordered" on HLJ as we speak - which means someone has just had an order for it processed. *digs around in HLJ's definitions* It appears "out of stock" just means they haven't any orders for it so haven't put it a reorder, they distinguish between that and "discontinued", which implies out of stock at the manufacturer. Half considering putting in an order with HLJ and seeing what happens. Will have a look around and see what I can come up with first.

It's great !

First 40 odd pages is the Takara Brave line we know about. Then there's a section on a related line called Eldoran that I only know about from reading the 2005 Board's Barve Thread. Then we have a section on all the other Brave toys made by other people - mainly GaoGaiGar variants. Then a Japanese text section on Cartoons, character models and a toy listing.

It's great. You need a copy !

It's great !

Sounds like a fantastic book. I think I am going to have to continue my search for this one.
