Damn, but some of that stuff looks good. Especially the Thundertank "add-on". If only they'd actually bothered to promote the line and Cartoon Network hadn't treated it badly.
Of course, if they hadn't then I wouldn't own pretty much the entire line thanks to it being ditched at Home Bargains. Swings and roundabouts...

It's an odd one. I really liked the cartoon, but had no interest in buying the toys.
So I guess I'm part of why it failed.

Same here, but the toys just weren't very good. I tried to like them but could never bring myself to buy one. The cartoon was really good.

I mean no, they weren't great, and only really worth the 99p that Home Bargains was selling them for each. Much like the recent Star Wars figures they're over-priced for what they are, with most of the cost going into a gimmick that was questionable at best.

I saw this and wasn't that impressed anyway. It looks like a bunch of 3D printed parts stuck together. Doesn't have much style. It's a lovely line this, just what I'd have wanted, but it's ridiculously expensive.

It would be nice to get a complete Thundercats line back out, so far I think only minimises have come even close.
But that tank is absolutely bollocks.

Yeah, that's just totally taking the piss. Yes, it's big, but... that's it. Does it have the spring loaded attack features of the original? Lights and sounds? No? Not worth my time then.
