Good thanks Phil! I mean we just had to cancel a holiday to Canada because the little boy got ill but shit happens. He's better now so that's good 😄 Just trying to figure out when I should pull the trigger on the MTG exclusives. There's a couple on eBay already but the seem expensive.

Wait until after the show, more people will put them on sell then, create more of a market.
Plus Hasbro probably made a lot and they'll be on their Hasbro store after the show.

So, close of play on the first Hascon. Not being there it's impossible to draw conclusions on how well it went, but RFC have been doing daily podcast reviews that suggest they're learning about the mechanics, but it was better than expected. We've certainly seen some interesting stuff like the wooden Galvatron and were it not for the big leak, the toy reveals would have blown our minds.
Do we know what happened in other toy ranges? Were there Pony reveals on the scale we had?

generally I think theylll deem it a success, weve had some great confirmations and it seemed to go down well, just a shame about the price

Were there Pony reveals on the scale we had? The Twilight Sparkle that transformed into a surfboard for a larger Twilight Sparkle to stand on didn't go down as well (I have absolutely no idea!)

On the other hand no dealer room and have you have seen pictures of the panel room for Cullen and Welker?
The panel room is admittedly an arena sized affair but there are fewer people in than Welker got 2 years ago at Botcon, they were setup for SDCC numbers and didnt have Botcon ones. I suppose better that than go too small and piss off attendees. Either they were making sure not to run out of room or they didn't get the numbers they wanted.

RFC did say the show floor was well attended but not 'busy' on the Saturday. They also said the Hasbro shop people kept changing their minds about purchase limits on the toys. Sounds like they were trying to gauge on the fly how many they'd need.
