Tough one, 'cos I don't own all of them, but I've seen enough pics...
As much as I love my adopted second child, Hasbro G1 Starscream, I'm going to vote Optimus. He's just so G1ick, so big and blocky, and you can get him into some excellant poses, more so than the afore mentioned adopted second child.
Can't wait to get my hands on a Megs, and Starscream's general design is so lovely, but, in terms of overall generalnessness, Op gets my vote.

Really didn't like the Prime/Convoy much at all, and the Meg's isn't really my thing - I've got the reissue Megs which satisfies my interest in the toys engineering, and for some reason the out-sized alt-mode on the Megatron seems odd to me. So Starscream pretty much clinches it really.

The Starscream mould is a fantastic bit of engineering, but though I've never seen one in the plastic I think I prefer the Skywarp colours. The strict-G1 colours don't look quite right and the grey/green of the original is a bit dark and obscures the details a touch.

I like the Starscream mold but it has to be Prime for me just for the robot mode. I remember talking to Karl about the truck mode, or lack thereof, at ScotCon and he made some excellent points. Still, I just can't bring myself to dislike the toy, I've tried!

I voted Starscream, but in terms of engineering Megatron is simply awesome.

Op. It's the only one I've got. I think the line's a bit of a waste of money, high end stuff don't interest me.
Now going back and re-engineering PM OP with elbows, a waist, hips and knees (and a better small robot) ..... that I'd get.

I'd love to see a voyager/ultra sized Optimus, in the MP style! That'd be easy enough to do for them, right?

Mine has 4) Blue Bluestreak 3) Star Sabre 2) The Angrybot 1) GRIMLOCK Star Saber would be higher but a bit broke out the box on mine. These threads might help you revise any decision:

I'm still on the fence about Hound, but this does remind me that ever since they shifted the design to 'stuff all the kibble in an inappropriately massive backpack' I really have lost interest in MP.
Shame really, as I think they really had nailed it with the earlier Datsun/Lambo style.

MP used to be my favourite TF line, but I've given up with it now. It's such a shame they couldn't stick to one design look, but the change was just about swallowable up to Inferno/Sunstreaker. They just about all worked together. But Prime/Bumblebee/Hound/Arcee - massive price hike with terrible looking figures. I've always bought Fans Toys, but am used to mixing them with Takara, now FT are doing the hybrid toy/toon style that Takara have messed up. FT's stuff still works with the older MPs. Far superior figures, cheaper and a more regular release schedule.

Yeah, Sunstreaker was my last. I've had a few 3P Minibots since, but mainline is too pricey, too fixated on naff accessories, and just don't look good anymore.

They peaked around the Datsun/lambo period. Bluestreak and Angrybot for me.
Laserbeak, Frenzy, Rumble and Enemy too.
MP36+ Megatron is lovely.
If they ever do the toy accurate version of Sunstreaker I might grab one. Ditto Hound if they fix the issues. And I should get MP29+ Shockwave at some point.
I feel like I might like the new Starscream mould, but I've now bee npriced out so it doesnt matter.

And
MP-17
Masterpiece is over.
I.... I love it. At least, I love the idea of it...
But it changed ...
And now it's over.

I still think it's between Soundwave and Prowl/Bluesteak for me. (I sometimes forget which ones are third party in my collection)
Although the original Starcream (the realistic coloured one) has been on display in my living room for over 10 years now.
